We started working on Valentine's Day cards today. 32 cards for each kids cubby at Serafin's school! Of course, if the time is there, then handmade valentines are so much more fun than store bought (even if they are decorated with scribbles--doesn't that add to the charm?). So one afternoon, while taking advantage of the kids nap time, I pulled out the old construction paper and started cutting and pasting. Now Serafin get's to decorate them with pens, stickers, stamps and paint! Fun for her and fun for me to watch! I know it's early, but happy Valentine's Day to all of you!

So sweet!! You are one crafty mama.
ReplyDeleteAlso, that bunny hat is so cute! Where did that come from? Make that too?
DeleteHa! I'm glad someone else thinks it's a bunny, there is a debate in our house as to whether it's a bunny or a mouse. Got it at Silver Moon Kids on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland.
